We were offered an upgrade to a seaview cabin, so this review will be based on that. What a spectacular view! We were constantly amazed when just looking out the window. The pods are obviously small, but they make very smart use of the limited space. We were very comfortable and impressed by the layout and decoration. Communication was smooth and very friendly. We don't really have anything negative to say. A perfect little getaway on the coast, with breathtaking views.
Nothing. It was simply great.

We loved the experience staying here! It had such a lovely view of the hills and we loved that the other cabins weren’t that close and there were trees separating them so it still felt secluded. The cabin was very clean when we entered, and there’s everything you need if you’re cooking your own food.
The only thing that was annoying (which I’m not sure how it could get fixed) was the sound of the wind when you’re inside. The wind noise is quite loud which sometimes makes it hard to sleep.

A very comfortable and well-appointed cabin with a great view, a short drive from North Berwick, and a short walk to a peaceful local beach. Lots of useful local information provided. The owner was very helpful and tolerant of my inability to follow directions 😅 We found the robot lawnmower a strangely charming presence.
The road can be a little bit noisy in the evening and morning (no noise at night, though). If you are especially sensitive to noise, the sea view cabins might be a better choice.
