The location and the view were wonderful

The company called wonderful Italy which manages the property were unbelievably appalling at communication. I would ask a question and would not hear back for maybe 2 to 7 days and sometimes not even at all. And often when I did receive an answer it in no way answered my question. There were a couple of issues when we stay there that we contacted them about and only one of them was resolved. The only reason that one of them was resolved is that miraculously a staff member responded to my query. There were other queries/problems I alerted them to whilst we were staying there and nobody even got back to us. So whilst I think the location and view from the unit was wonderful, I would have to say that dealing with wonderful Italy was an incredibly disappointing and very very frustrating experience. The Apartment caters for 4 to 5 guests there were two wine glasses in the property and only three full-size coffee cups, given that this is an apartment that was completely inadequate.
