Location is fantastic, right in the middle of Ortgia, 2 minutes from the main plaza and the Cathedral. Beautiful apartment - I think it splits into two (one with a double bed and a two singles on a mezzanine floor and with a second with a double bed) apartment so you have two kitchens and two living areas which was an amazing space with our two teenage boys. Clear, airy - perfect for summer. Really responsive owner who gave us lots of information including some great local restaurants.
No complaints - there was a small issue with the plumbing but the owner was really responsive and fixed it as soon as possible. No outside space but the sun come into the kitchen in the morning through the french windows and you can pull up a chair and still bask in the sun.

Central location. Ease of communication with host. Access to all amenities. Proximity to restaurants.
Dishes were dirty. Shower was moldy and wasn't draining properly. Wifi was unreliable. Accessing the property by car was particularly complicated. Balcony is a bird toilet.
