The apartment is lovely and very spacious. It is, however, above a courtyard bar, so if you’re noise averse and like an early night don’t recommend. We used earplugs and were unaffected. Overall it’s 100% charming

The apartment was incredible, it overlooked a bar which was thriving at night.
Very large apartment, large kitchen, lounge and bedroom area. Bathroom was the best we had - so much bench space and spacious shower.
Great location right in the heart of the island and was right in the middle of the island so made it easy to see both sides of the island.
The host was very helpful and had the refund money waiting for us and allowed us to check out later.
The apartment was double booked on the first night we were supposed to stay there and the host only told us 2 days prior which meant we had to scramble to find accomodation for that night. It meant we only had 2 nights on Ortigia instead of 3 which was not what we had wanted at all.
Bar got a bit loud at night with people and music until about 1230/1am or so.
