Rua 39 fine apartments by Dimore in Sicily

Very good location. A very comfortable appartment for 2 people. Good communication with Fabio who manages the appartment.

Location, clean

Difficult to find because no access by car. No nearby parking. Communication with owners difficult, had to rely on locals to find property. We are in our 80s and the long uphill hike with heavy luggage over cobbles was no fun. A taxi can’t get you there.

This is a beautiful apartment ( we stayed in apartment 3 with the terrace ) location is perfect close to everywhere but also so quiet . Lovely also to have natural light . It it perfectly apportioned with lovely comfortable furniture and all the necessary equipment in the kitchen . The air conditioning was excellent

Be aware that the washing machine is not in the apartment and also due to things outside the apartment providers control there may be issues with power that will disrupt the use of the washing machine and potentially the internet too . This is a small price to pay for such a perfect spot .

The location is perfect if you want to spend some time in Ortigia. The building seems newly renovated.

It misses a lot of details that are important in terms of hospitality: - the bed was not comfortable and the AC made some noise - there was a foul odor in the bathroom - I had to buy soap for the shower because there was none - I had to buy olive oil because there was only a few left - the host was absent and send us a video to check-in. When I misunderstood something, he told me to « watch the video ». The check-in could be a little bit more fluid and warm. - you have to take care of all the garbage, if not, you have to pay about 80 euros.
