Location was great. Host was responsive and was present right away when needed. Comfortable bed and super clean place. AC worked well.
There was no dish soap nor laundry detergent. No extra towels were provided nor extra toiletries for a week’s stay. They offered extra towels with cleaning for 35.00 euro. The 35 euro was common with most apartment rentals.

Our host was super responsive and ensured that we had water at all times even when other parts of Ortigia did not. The key system is easy and the apartment had everything needed. It was close to everything. A couple of minutes you were at the supermarket, beaches within easy access and restaurants surrounded us. The gelati shop just a stone’s throw was also wonderful. Would stay again.

The apartment was very clean, stylish and comfortable. The host responded very quickly to any of our questions.
The apartment is located directly on top of one of the noisiest restaurants in the street. It played loud music from 6pm to midnight every night. The host had supplied ear plugs but even with these it was difficult to sleep at times.
