Beata East Side apartment

L'appartement est très bien placé, il est juste à côté d'un arrêt de bus que vous pouvez prendre pour aller dans le centre par exemple, en bas, il y a un petit supermarché et un Mcdo. L'host est adorable est nous a aidé quand nous avions des questions, et de plus, l'appartement est parfait, il contient tout e qu'il faut en terme d'équipement. À oui il y a aussi la plage à 30 min même pas de l'appartement.

Le tout petit bémol est que si vous voulez rejoindre le centre ville à pied vous mettez pas loin d'1 heure. Mais le bus coûte 1€5 pendant 1h donc c'est quand même assez rentable.

Praticamente tutto! Gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari, posizione perfetta appena fuori dal centro città ma sulla strada principale per raggiungerla in poco tempo, garage coperto gratuito, appartamento nuovo e ben arredato, oltre che confortevole e con un bel letto. Bagno ok! Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo (in aprile 2026 50e a notte).

Unico appunto, nel bagno il doccino non ha l'attacco in alto come siamo abituati in Italia ma a mezza altezza (l'abbiamo trovato anche in altre strutture così, forse è una abitudine croata) e farsi la doccia non è comodissimo. Poi considerate che l'appartamento è in posizione rialzata (il palazzo ha nove piani, l'appartamento è al primo) e ci sono scale (c'è anche l'ascensore) da fare. Per esempio per andare al supermercato o al MC Dodald che sono sotto, bisogna affrontare una bella salita a piedi. Niente di preoccupante ma va segnalato.

Centrally situated in a secure apartment block. Hosts were very helpful when several electrical applicances failed and quickly responded with replacements.

The parking space was extremely difficult to navigate and the lighting was non existant when trying to access our goods in the boot. Parking space was so narrow our SUV only just fitted. The kitchen would gave benefitted from a microwave. Also, according to the host, Croatia does not have a mandatory law for installing smoke alarms. When the toasted sandwich maker went into melt down (literally) and filled the place with smoke, it would have been beneficial.
