Toni is a really reliable and honest host you can count on. He truly cares about making sure his guests are happy and will do everything to help. Whatever we asked him for, he tried to assist and was always available whenever we needed something. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, and the whole stay was very pleasant. I wholeheartedly recommend Toni to anyone looking for a responsible and attentive host. I will definitely come back if I visit Croatia again!

An option for a few days trip to Split.

What you see/book is what you get. It's nice for a few nights and for a couple or 3 people. Not more. It can get pretty hot so having the AC is a plus.

For 3 people, it can get a bit tight.

A nice choice when visiting Split

It's a bit far away from the city center, but you can catch a bus by walking 15 min, and get downtown. The appartment is spacious, good organized and has a balcony. The kitchen is well equiped and there's good Wi-Fi.

There's only one A/C for the whole appartment

The stay was generally very comfortable and satisfying.

Friendly and responsive host, gave us a full tour at check-in. Tidy room, clean bathroom, well-equipped with utensils, bright indoor lightenings, strong AC.

Soundproofing is average - avoid speaking loudly at night as neighbors might hear. For a group of 10, showers need to be staggered to avoid cold water due to old heater.

The host is extremely hospitable. We flew in early in the morning and the host was happy to let us in earlier and overall he was extremely welcoming. The place was very clean, well equipped, everything that You might need. Comfortable bed and black out curtains.

Very clean, modern apartment. The host, Toni, is super lovely and can’t do enough for you. A really enjoyable, comfortable stay!

It’s quite far from the main tourist part of Split/the beaches but if you have a car or don’t mind public transport/Uber then this won’t be a problem. There are supermarkets near.

Great place for groups and great host.

The host was great. He was very understanding and allowed us to check in early and check out late. The beach is also nearby. Fit 8 people perfectly!

The shower didnt have warm water but it is summer so we didnt mind the cold shower.

Never stayed anywhere better than here!

Everything was amazing from the start to the end. The apartment was spot on clean and fully ready to enjoy! Toni is very friendly, professional and the best host we ever had. He gave us very good tips to go to in the city of Split and where to find the ‘hidden gems’ of Croatia. We texted Toni when we needed new towels or anything else and he brought it to us every time. The street was very easy to reach and in the middle of the town with all facilities nearby. Our rental car was parked at Toni’s driveway and it was never a problem. Will defenitely go back to this apartment! Toni is the best.

Interior was super modern and aesthetically pleasing , had plenty of utensils needed in the kitchen to cook. it looked exactly like in the photos and had a supermarket across the street.

Amazing

Everything was perfect. The apartment was spacious and very clean. The equipments worked wonderfully and we felt really good staying there, as a group of 8 backpackers. Toni helped us with everything we needed and even explained where we could take the bus which was very convenient. We enjoyed the localisation of the apartment and we loved the outside area. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Split, thanks to Toni. We would recommend to every kind of travellers.

Amazing host, clean and comfortable

Toni was an amazing host who couldn’t do enough to help us. The apartment smelt so lovely and was really clean. The rooms were a really good size and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen area was big and had good cooking facilities. The supermarket is less than a minutes walk away. Buses, bolts and Uber are really easy to get so it’s only a 10 minute drive into the main town. Definitely stay here!

Lots of space and very neat!

Location is not ideal, an hour walk from the center and the bus system in Split is not very clear. Also, design could have been more imaginative, but that doesn’t matter too much of course.

this is an apartment with furniture from 70s and kitchen and bathrooms from 60s. as clean as it can be. missing a lot of modern comfort, for example, there is no holder for a shower head on the wall in a shower, one needs to hand hold a shower head to take a shower. good for students, not good for family for my opinion.
