The martress, linens are very comfortable. The apartment is well equipped. Attention and promptness of the host. Some user reviews mentioned the sounds of the avenue but if you close the window you will not hear anything. We also found parking places for free easily but I believe we were lucky. There is a supermarket in the ground floor which is very comvenient.
Despite of described as an “air conditioned apartment” there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms, only in the living room. In the warm days of summer is not adequate. A fan was provided by the host, but “as a workaround”. The build is old (1974), some apartments seems to be renovated so you may experience noises during working hours

There are nice shopping possibilities nearby. Location is actually good, you can get to the beach in 10-15 minutes.
Parking was complicated, you can get only paid one easily, 80 cents an hour. Elevator was very hot in August. The apartment had light smell of canalization. The toilet seat was not attached on one side, so it kept sliding.

Tuvimos una excelente estancia. El apartamento estaba muy limpio, y muy cómodo. La ubicación es muy buena, con fácil acceso al centro y a los principales lugares de interés. El proceso de check-in fue sencillo, la comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida y amable, y el apartamento contaba con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unos días en Split. Sin duda volveríamos a alojarnos aquí.
En general, todo estuvo muy bien.

Very nice and helpful owner. Thanks to his kindness, we were able to leave our luggage in the apartment before check-in and use the bathroom. Kitchen and bathroom well equipped .
