Podobała mi się pomysłowość gospodarza, który w środku blokowiska, typu Ursynów, w Warszawie, potrafił przy jednym z bloków wielomieszkaniowych wygospodarować taką fajną miejscówkę, z kawałkiem zieleni, pośród otaczającej betonozy. Dzięki temu można było usiąść i odpocząć na zewnątrz.
Dziwny zapach wewnątrz i bardzo mała łazienka. Ponadto pomimo instrukcji nie działał telewizor oraz klimatyzator. Brak miejsc do parkowania samochodu, albowiem jak to w środku blokowiska wszystkie miejsca były zajęte.

Die Vermieter waren sehr zuvorkommend, unser Wunsch nach einem Toaster und einer einfachen Kaffeemaschine wurde am nächsten Tag entsprochen. Auch wurde uns ein Bettwaeschewechsel und eine Zimmerreinigung nach einer Woche Aufenthalt angeboten. Gut war die Lage zum Hundestrand und zu weiteren anderen Stränden.
Den Namen -Paradise Garten- sollte man nicht zu ernst nehmen. In der Küche an der Decke ein großer langer Fleck mit schwarzem Schimmel. Dusche und Toilette sehr sehr eng. Kein Schrank vorhanden, wir haben aus dem Koffer gelebt. Hinter der Küche war so etwas wie ein Kellerraum, der roch aber sehr muffig. Das Bett war eher ein Ausziehsofa,
