Simple and clean studio apartment in a non-touristy area of Split. It was perfectly fine for a one-night stay.
The building was a bit difficult to find at first. It's located in a large housing estate a 10-minute bus ride from the centre of Split. The host could have provided slightly clearer instructions for how to find the entrance to the building.

Ruhige Lage, fußläufige Lage zum Strand, gute Busverbindung in die Altstadt.
Gute Ausstattung der Küche.
Leider war das Bad offenbar nicht geputzt.
Es gibt nur ein winziges Handwaschbecken, bei dem das Wasser nicht ablief.
Extrem schmale Dusche.
Das Schlafsofa war unbequem.

The apartment was not clean. The minimum expectation is that the dishes and bed linen are clean.
