Cool and comfortable studio apartment has a true city feeling! On the east side of the town, only 900 meters far from the popular beach , 2,5 km to the old city center and 50 meters from bus line, studio is located near the university campus. You have only 900 meters to the beautiful beach Žnjan, famous for numerous bars, restaurants and patisseries, as well as the vibrant nightlife. It is a delightful location from where you could explore this amazing city and beautiful beaches.
Studio with one double bed and sofa hidden bed-all for 3 persons is on ground-floor private house, 25 m2, fully equipped, free WiFi Internet access, fully air-conditioned, with teracce& small rose garden and private free parking in front of the apartment.
Nearby the apartment, about 50 meters is bus station :
to nearest beach Žnjan are 2 bus stops number 7 or you can reach within 15 minutes walk,
to old city center (Diocletian palace) the bus number 18 drive every 15 minutes ( 6 bus stops or 10 minutes bus drive),
to mall City Center One Split about 10 minutes bus drive or the last bus station.

Very clean studio! The host was super welcoming, sweet, and quick to respond to messages. I really appreciated the communication.
It’s about a 15-minute walk to the beach. There’s a bus stop nearby that goes to the Old Town, but buses are every hour sometimes twice in an hour so I found it easier and faster to just take an Uber. It’s quick, cheap, and convenient.
There are supermarkets close by, and the Old Town is just a short drive away. Also, a nice bonus: the studio has a washer, which is super helpful if you need to do laundry during your stay.
Overall, a great stay if you’re okay being a little outside the main tourist areas!
