Lovely spacious living room. Also play area if required and small conservatory overlooking fields. Good sized bedrooms. Location 10/15 mins downhill to town , lots of good places to eat.

Quiet, comfy and welcoming

Beautiful house with beautiful features. Plenty of room in all rooms. There was even a Christmas tree and some decorations up and toys for children. Bed was very comfy I didnt want to get out of it!

Tele in the living room kept crashing on anything other than sky unfortunately, but we managed.

Fabulous Outstanding Property and Furnishings

Everything. 5⭐️ House is beautiful clean and the wood furniture and Gloss etc are outstanding. Sofa etc was fab. Kitchen and Bathroom wonderful - Well the whole house is, conservatory and garden front and back was just Fabulous.

The large field at the bottom of the garden looked so fabulous I would of loved to walk my little dog on it but I couldn’t find how to get onto it so I guess it was private 😢 (Cereals was stated on the information left - needs removing on list as it wasn’t included on the stay. No Corkscrew 😞 so we couldn’t drink our red wine. The duvet was too short really and not wide enough for the bed tbh - hubby is 6ft. I do think 10am to vacate would be better as 11am -12 noon to enjoy our time there without having to miss a little lie in in such a nice comfy staycation

Spacious home in a perfect and quiet location.

Perfect location — close to everything we needed, yet peaceful and quiet. The house was incredibly spacious, making it ideal for families or groups. We never felt cramped, and there was plenty of room to relax. The garden was a real highlight — beautifully maintained, private, and a lovely place to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening drink and bbq. Overall, very nice stay.

Unfortunately, the upstairs bedrooms had a noticeable odor of pet urine, likely due to pets being allowed in the property. I would recommend that the owner consider replacing the carpet with wooden or vinyl flooring, which is easier to maintain and more hygienic. Additionally, the bedding had an unpleasant dog smell, so ensuring all linens are thoroughly cleaned or replaced between guests would greatly improve the experience.

Excellent home base for families in quiet neighbourhood, well-positioned to explore Anglesey and North Wales. Clean with great facilities, comfortable indoor spaces and a garden with seating and a view. Walking distance of a playground, local high street and a supermarket. Very helpful and responsive host.

Perfect. Made our stay!

Beautifully furnished and equipped. Simply stunning! I messaged Mike beforehand about where to go for breakfast (we took up his suggestion and it was great!). He was prompt in replying and we had a good chat. Will definitely be returning. Perfect for a family stay. Great location and splendid view to the sheep in the field.

Back bedroom door rattled during the night once shut, id imagine due to having window ajar - was fine once wedged shut - plug socket in same room was loose off the wall - no issue for us but something to note if there was young children

Nice house

Great communication with the host, which was much appreciated. The house was clean and well equipped with a nice kitchen and bathroom. The double bed in the front bedroom was incredibly creaky even the slightest movement disturbed the other person. The twin beds were also creaky and weren't very comfortable. One of the radiators in the lounge was turned off when we arrived, so it took a while to warm up.

Amazing and relaxing accommodation.

Very spacious and modern. Only a 15 mins walk to Menai town centre. Had everything you need. Amazing power shower. Easy instructions regarding check in. Mike was so helpful and obliging and responded to questions very quickly. A wonderful experience. Great value for money. I would recommend this accommodation as it is a great base for travelling around Anglesey.

Only stayed one night but …. It was short but very sweet!!!!

As soon as you walked in it was like wow … what a place, it was stunning inside from top to bottom, the furnishings in all the rooms from top to bottom, it was like walking into a luxury hotel, spotlessly clean and very modern

I felt that although you could regulate the heating, the hole in the wall between the living dining room to the first outside room (directly above the dining table) there was a huge draft coming through …. Personally I would hang a curtain across the gap so that it can be open in the summer and closed in the colder climates … it will keep the cold air out

Great place apart from the bedding

Great kitchen, lounge & bathroom, the house had everything we needed. Communication was good with the owner, ideal location for our overnight stay in Wales for Zipworld & Snowdon. Not overlooked, close drive to shops, places to eat and takeaways. Great local chippy.

Bedding in the double rooms was not clean, didn’t feel as though it was fresh bedding, hairs were found in both rooms along with stains hairs found and stains , this was very disappointing and was not a nice experience.

Adequate but overpriced considering the maintenance issues.

House is a decent size and quite modern inside. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom spacious with a really good walk in shower.

Lots of maintenance issues. We were really started to the outside garden area and booked the property looking forward to sitting out. The garden was totally overgrown with weeds s as nhs really unattractive. There was no non slip mat in a very slippy shower tray, no shaver socket in the bathroom. The toaster in the kitchen was really difficult to use as the knobs on the levers on the front had come off. The bins in the front garden were full and overflowing and luckily my husband noticed late one night that neighbours bins were out so out the right bins out! No instructions about that in the property. The owner was sympathetic to the complaints and ordered a non slip mat which we received the 2nd day. Unfortunately he is not resident close by so had no idea the garden was in the state it was. This was not rectified while we were there for our 4 days. We did enjoy our holiday but the owner needs better maintenance in place than he currently has. One bath towel each for 4 days and only one tea towel not sufficient. Would not be able to recommend to anyone.

The kitchen, lounge area and bathroom were all a great space.

Parking space is very tight, couldn't actually open the car door on the passenger side as the wall is extremely close. One of the twin beds is very wobbly and so noisy every time I moved. The high chair straps are filthy, not good enough for our 15 month old to use. I asked if towels were provided which they were but only two hand towels between 5 adults and a toddler isn't enough. Overall a nice house but a little bit more attention to what is required by your customers rather than how it looks aesthetically.

Excellent house - would return

Brilliant house. Extremely spacious. The house was spotless and the beds were extremely comfortable. We travelled for a funeral and Mike offered us the option of an early check in also. Any questions which we had were answered very quickly and we could not fault the house. Also the addition of cereal was great.

The house was perfect. The only issue we had was trying to get a taxi to Bangor in the morning for the funeral as it was a similar time to school time and we were unable to find a taxi. However, this is no reflection on the house or host.

Very spacious, well appointed and equipped. Generous provision of cereals, coffee etc. Comfortable bed.

Though we enjoyed our stay and the accommodation was generally of a high standard, it was a little let down by some minor cleaning and maintenance issues. We found food wrappers on the floor in the lounge, a used dog poo-bag in the rear 'garden' area and a random piece of clear plastic behind the chair in the conservatory. The toilet seat was very loose, I couldn't get the TV in the front bedroom to work (could be operator error!) and there were a few other bits and pieces in the property that could do with tidying up.

Flying visit

Rooms were clean and decor modern. Spacious. We didn't have time to use it, but the deck with a view towards the mountains looked great. Had we stayed more than one late evening with an early start, that would have been lovely.

We couldn't make the tin opener worker and we would have liked a cafetiere as that is a priority of ours. ( We forgot to bring our own.) Some of the fittings, like the toilet seat, were loose, but would be easily fixed.
