De locatie en het gemeenschappelijk zwembad. Mooi complex, heel rustig maar toch niet te ver van het strand, winkels en restaurants.

De hygiëne (vuile pan, in de nog vuile oven, niet gereinigd croquetoestel, geen nieuw onderlaken in het zetelbed, haren hier en daar) en de misleidende foto's + omschrijving op de booking.com sitepagina (zogenaamde 'privé zwembad' foto die van de gym bleek te zijn). Ook geen beschrijving of korte uitleg van de airco en huishoudtoestellen gekregen door de eigenaar.
