Very comfortable get away right in the heart of Boerne. I enjoyed coffee on the back deck with the deer in the mornings. The well-appointed kitchen, with an array of spices and modern appliances made it easy to prep for some potluck dinners with friends who are locals. Wonderful location, wonderful home, wonderful hosts!

This little house is back in the property away from any road noise. The old house is very welcoming. Beautiful renovation has been done, bedrooms, bathrooms, floors and ceiling. Yes this house is 3 blocks away from Main Street, but the walk seemed shorter. Shopping, restaurants, and the river walk are all in walking distant. The kitchen is small but has everything. Very nice stacked washer and dryer. Shower were renovated, roomy with great shower heads The one bed we slept in was very comfortable. Porches outside and the outside grounds around the house could use a little TLC. We sat outside in the mornings drinking coffee and watched the deers. Boerne is a great place to get away. This little house did not disappoint us. Thank you for sharing your house with us!

Satisfied all of our needs. The home has a special feel of an older home that is very well kept up. Very nicely appointed interior. The lot is huge where kids can run around with the deer. Kitchen was fine, had everything we needed.

Have to say that the hosts were most gracious to offer us a later check out which was so kind- so hate to say anything negative about the experience. However, there were a few things that I did not love. The toilet and sink in the main bath would gurgle and sounded like they could erupt at any time- I was super worried about this. There was a lizard in the shower which totally creeped me out. The refrigerator had birthday sprinkles on the main shelf which made me feel like the rest of the place was not cleaned either. The lighting in the bedroom
Was very dark and I was getting ready for a wedding so that was hard…and no full length mirror anywhere… all that said it was a fine stay and like I said the hosts were very nice.
