The villa is situated in a secluded location, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, on a large plot of 50,000 m², with a beautiful lawn garden, various plants and shrubs, olive trees and other evergreen and broad-leaved trees, which offers the perfect space to completely relax.Allow us to present this charming property and take you on a virtual tour: through the private grounds of the villa, you enter via an iron gate and after 1 minute by car, you arrive at the house. Upon opening the large wooden door, you access the cosy entrance hall that from the first moment makes you "travel through time": natural stone walls, an old wooden bench, wooden beams on the ceiling and other details you will find throughout the house. Once you are in the house, you have a spacious living room with comfortable sofas and a TV. From the living room, you access a modern kitchen with high-quality appliances and a semi-independent dining room in a rustic style with a table for 8 diners and a sitting area with a fireplace and a TV. From the dining room, you have access to the arched covered gallery with another large rustic dining table, a seating area and a good-sized barbecue.On the same ground floor, it also has a bedroom with 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom, and another fully equipped bathroom.A staircase from the living room leads to the first floor, which offers a spacious lounge-games room, three bedrooms (two with double beds (1.50m and 1.35m) and the third with two single beds) and two bathrooms with shower. From each room, you can enjoy spectacular views of the mountains, the valley and the vegetation.Villa Son Pons was completely renovated and equipped with new materials and high-quality furniture, offering WiFi connection, satellite TV (350 channels), air conditioning in the dining room, ceiling fans in all bedrooms and standing fans in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary to cook comfortably, dishwasher, bed linen and towels, plenty of parking space on the property, etc.The outdoor areas also offer an elevated pool of 3m×5m×1'50m with sun loungers, several dining and rest areas, and also billiards and ping-pong tables.
