Super Lage, weitläufige hübsche Anlage, Ruhe, Natur , Hähne, Hunde , Puten…. 😊

Etwas spärlich und lieblos in der Ausstattung, keine Auflagen auf den Liegen, wirkte etwas kahl …. täglich das selbe kalte Rührei und Frühstück … Kaffemaschine war die ganze Woche nicht nutzbar…. Zimmerreinigung wurde vernachlässigt….Bettwäsche wurde nicht gewechselt…im Pool war die ganze Woche keine Umwälzung ersichtlich…Alles Kleinigkeiten welche jedoch die Gedanken zum Laufen brachten 🙁

It’s a good place to stay, but there is definitely room for improvement. The property is large and beautiful, with lovely outdoor areas, but it is quite confusingly organized. There are several houses/villas, and it is not clearly explained during booking where you will actually stay. We were placed in Villa Sol y Vida, while breakfast was served in Villa Alegria so you need to go there every morning, it is close though. Breakfast was decent, but limited, especially for vegans and vegetarians. More fresh fruit and healthier options would be appreciated. There is an honesty bar system(you can take drink from the fridge and there is honesty book where you sign you name, room number and what drinks you took, and than pay later), which is a nice idea, but it is only located in Villa Alegria, so guests staying in Sol y Vida need to walk there for drinks, and in the night time property is poorly lit so we walked with our flashlights on our phones. It would be great if there is fridge like that in the Villa Sol y vida also. Plus is that there is tennis court on the property.

The rooms felt minimal and somewhat outdated, with very little furniture or space to put personal belongings which don't go in closet. There was only one chair in the room, which was inconvenient if you want to sit inside and eat. There is no trash can in the room except the small one in the bathroom, but there are bins by the villa which we didn't see until the day we were leaving. The bathroom could also use some renovation (grout in the shower especially) and overhead shower didn't work unfortunately. Housekeeping was too intrusive, entering the room every morning to make the bed and even folded our pyamas which we think is unnecessary, and even once they walked in while we were still sleeping. A “Do Not Disturb” sign would be very helpful but we couldn't find it in the room. The balcony furniture was worn and uncomfortable (chairs don't have cushins) and in the evening the area around the pool and house was very dark due to poor lighting. Also, it is very bright in the morning, it would be great if there were blackout curtains.

Het zwembad en het ontbijt.

Het zijn mooie gebouwen die in een open stuk land zijn neergezet. Wat er mist is sfeer en t.l.c. Voorbeelden: Wij hadden kamer in gebouw Alegria. De kamer is zeer kaal en ongezellig ingericht. Klein kastje, klein ijskastje en klein zeteltje. Wij waren er 4 nachten maar de kamer is maar 1 keer schoongemaakt. Er is in het Alegria gebouw een gezamenlijke salon. Hier staat een tv en een ijskast met dranken. Voor de rest wordt niets gedaan om het sfeervol te maken. Alles bijelkaar ben ik daarom van mening dat de kamer te duur is voor wat je krijgt.
