About this villa rental
In the heart of the popular Balearic island Mallorca, a few kilometres away from Llucmajor in a very peaceful area, the Finca "Saresta den Rumbet" is nestled within beautiful landscape at the foot of hills and mountains. The 190 m² finca consists of a comfortable living/dining room with high ceilings, wooden beams and a stove, a very well-equipped country-style kitchen with an additional dining area, 3 bedrooms (one of them with 2 single beds) as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, fans, a fireplace, a TV, a baby cot and a high chair. The absolute highlight of the traditional Majorcan accommodation is the almost 10,000 m² outdoor area. Relax in the pool with a fantastic view of the lush vegetation, prepare delicious meals on the barbecue and enjoy a glass of full-bodied wine on the furnished terrace. In the fenced pool area you can relax on the sun loungers and bicycles are provided so you can enjoy day trips. Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are within 3.9 km or a 10-minute drive from Llucmajor. Platja Es Trenc, a popular beach, is 27 km or a 30-minute drive away. Thanks to its central location in the heart of the island, other beaches and bays are easily accessible by car. It is also a paradise for cyclists and outdoor sports enthusiasts, as there are many beautiful paths in the area for them to enjoy.

Pros: Sehr schöne, gepflegte und ruhige Unterkunft inmitten im Grünen von Llucmajor. Man hat wirklich eine himmlische Ruhe vor Ort und gemütliche Betten, einen gepflegten Pool und alles was man braucht vor Ort.
Der Vermieter war jeden Tag da um die Schafe und Hühner zu füttern, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - ein wirklich toller Mensch! :)
Egal welche Frage oder welchen Wunsch wir hatten, es wurde alles getan um uns zu helfen (z.B Fahrräder zur Verfügung gestellt, Hilfe bei der Müllentsorgung und Kamin angemacht ;) ).
Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder herkommen, denn wir haben die Umgebung und die Unterkunft sehr genossen!

Pros: Das Haus war sehr gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet, lediglich die Nächte waren warm, da zum kühlen nur Deckenventilatoren zur Verfügung standen. Die Aussicht von der Terasse und aus dem Pool war genial, man könnte bis zum Meer einen super Blick über die Landschaft genießen. Der Vermieter war super freundlich und kam täglich vorbei um die Schafe und Hühner zu füttern.
Cons: Leider war es etwas sehr abgelegen, sodass man ca 30 Minuten zum Meer brauchte. Ein Mietwagen war Pflicht, da es keine Anbindungen in der Nähe gab und auch keine Taxen in die Nähe bestellt werden konnten. Dazu mussten wir zuerst mit dem Auto nach Llucmajor fahren und es dort abstellen.

Wir waren das erste Mal in dieser Finca und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betreuung des Besitzers war hervorragend und sehr herzlich. Die Finca war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und die Aufteilung der Räum super. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein angrenzenden Bad. Eines der Highlights war die tolle Aussicht. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
