Escape to this charming 1-bedroom, 2nd floor condo in the beautiful World Golf Village. Recently updated with beautiful, low-maintenance floors (no carpet!), this space offers a perfect balance of comfort and convenience for your stay.
The full kitchen is stocked with all the essentials, including a crockpot for easy, stress-free meals. The large dining table is perfect for family meals or entertaining friends. Step out onto your private balcony, relax with a good book, and enjoy the gorgeous Florida climate.
For added convenience, this condo includes a washer and dryer in-unit and ceiling fans in both the main area and bedroom for your comfort. Need extra sleeping space? The sofa sleeper offers a second bed to accommodate 3rd and 4th overnight guests.
This unit also features a dedicated workspace in the main area, ideal for flex-cations. Enjoy your favorite shows on LG Smart TVs with a premium cable package — including a 65" TV in the living area and a 55" TV in the bedroom. Streaming apps can be accessed with your personal log-in credentials.
When you're ready to unwind, take a refreshing dip or relax by the gorgeous Laterra pool, conveniently located next door in the 955 building courtyard.
For families traveling with little ones, we offer baby items (crib, highchair, stroller, baby bath, changing table, and/or porta crib) and beach chairs at no charge upon request, with 24 business hours' notice. All items are subject to availability.
Please note: This condo is not ADA compliant; however, it does have elevator access and a removable safety bar in the shower for your convenience. For the safety of all guests, we have implemented a rigorous and expanded cleaning process between stays.

This property is located in a beautiful area. Marilyn, the property manager went out of her way to be accommodating and responsive to our needs. The property is most obviously not been updated for probably 20 years or more, and is needing some money sunk into it (new furnishings, cabinets, etc). It could use a deep clean (air vents, washing down walls with dust and cob webs, etc). With all that said, it was still a nice getaway.

My family of 3 stayed in this condo for 7 weeks as we waited for our home to be finished. It was a comfortable stay and the amenities and location were great. We enjoyed time at the pool and hot tub and my husband made use of the gym. When I requested a couple of minor things of maintenance (light bulb replacement, unstick tub diverter) it was taken care of in a timely fashion. Lots of restaurant and shop options nearby at the Murabella shopping center. Plus a new Costco relatively close by as well. Also recommend AJ's Kitchen and the Circles of Wellness spa that we waited until our departure to enjoy. My only critique is that the furniture in the unit is a bit dated, but it's functional and nothing inherently wrong with it.

The rental itself is clearly in dire need of repairs and upgrades beginning with the carpet (which is the original ) paint, curtains (which are frayed) ,tub has a crack and difficult to climb into, TV's are old and small sizes, kitchen dishwasher has mold and rust, place settings and glasses are really only enough for 3 or 4 (not what the picture shows for 6)mattress and lines need replacement (sheets do not fit mattress -needs upgrade. Now International reality has just taken over the property and were most helpful- owner needs to step up and do the above suggestions esp. with advertising at a higher rate. Would clearly recommend if repairs can be done!
