The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals, enjoyed around the sleek high-top dining table. The living area features a 55” Smart TV (streaming only) and brand-new state-of-the-art reclining sofa and armchair, both with zero gravity positioning, adjustable headrests, built-in reading lights, USB ports, and cup holders—ideal for movie nights or afternoon lounging.
You'll sleep in total comfort on a new Serta King innerspring mattress with Gel Memory Foam in the spacious bedroom, which also includes a Samsung TV. The condo features beautiful wood laminate flooring throughout, with tile in the kitchen and bathroom for easy upkeep.

Aggressive breeds, including Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Chows, Staffordshire Terriers, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Alaskan Malamutes, and Siberian Huskies are NOT allowed, Also no puppies under 1 year old.
Please note: For your safety and peace of mind, we follow a rigorous cleaning process between stays.

Marliyn's prompt responsiveness and expert guidance from International Golf Realty facilitated a smooth check-in and check-out process, replete with insider tips on the area and its best offering. We savored the picturesque pool view from our balcony, and we strongly recommend this property for anyone seeking a serene and rejuvenating gateway.

Positives: Condo was clean and provided all needed for an extended stay, The bed is comfortable. The grounds are absolutely wonderful. The rental team was extremely helpful. Feedback: Overall needs updating with regard to the living room couch and chair which were extremely uncomfortable. Some of the conveniences didn't seem to work like the toaster. Pots, pans glasses and utensils are mish mosh of old items. The sink disposal was noted with a myriad of things you could not be throw down the drain including soft items. Seems like it just needs to be replaced. The outdoor chair and small table was in need of replacing - an old tattered cushion was on one of them and fringes from the plastic wicker like material was constantly breaking off. This rental has potential to be so much more.
