Recently painted with new furniture and updated luxury vinyl plank flooring. Recent additions also include a combo washer & dryer along with a renovated walk-in shower. Ceiling fan helps keep things cool and comfortable. Whether you're here for a relaxing vacation, a business stay, or a short-term retreat, this suite is your ideal home base.
The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to prepare simple meals or snacks: a mini-fridge, microwave, crockpot, electric single burner, sink, and coffee maker. A small dining table is perfect for meals or can double as a workspace for business travelers.
Step out onto your private balcony and soak in the beautiful Florida climate while enjoying your favorite book, drink, or simply relaxing with family or friends. It’s the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploration. And, when you’re ready to cool off, enjoy the sparkling Laterra pool, conveniently located right next door in the courtyard of the 955 building.
Entertainment is easy with a 55" Smart TV. Disney+, Peacock, and Paramount included. Additional apps can be accessed via guest's personal log-in credentials.
For families traveling with little ones, baby items (crib, highchair, stroller, baby bath, changing table, and/or porta crib) are available at no charge with 24 hours’ notice. We also provide beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and ice chest for your convenience.
We take your safety and comfort seriously and have implemented a rigorous cleaning process between stays. Please note that this third-floor unit has elevator access nearby. No US mail delivery is available for Efficiencies.

The location and rental space was perfect for what I needed. I felt very safe staying there by myself and the bed was super comfy. There were lots of walking trails and the scenery was beautiful. I enjoyed playing pickleball. The people at pickleball were super welcoming and the facilities were very nice. My only complaint is this. I felt that it had been a while since someone had been there, because the toilet had rings around the inside of it and the seat definitely needed cleaning. Thankfully there was something there I could clean it with.

We chose this location to get a nice vacation with pool and hot tub. Unfortunately, the hot tub was oit of order druing our whole stay, we were very deceived.
