Welcome to your peaceful haven at Laterra in beautiful World Golf Village—a bright and inviting ground-floor 1-bedroom condo designed for rest, comfort, and convenience. Featuring elegant wood laminate floors, ceiling fans in both the living area and bedroom, and a calming neutral decor, this space is ideal for a relaxing getaway.
The full kitchen comes stocked with all the essentials, perfect for preparing meals during your stay. Enjoy your morning coffee or wind down with a good book on the private, fenced, and gated lanai—your own quiet outdoor retreat.
A 43" LG Smart TV with basic cable is available in the living area, and you’re welcome to log into your favorite streaming apps using your personal subscriptions.
Additional comforts include a washer and dryer in-unit, and just steps away, the sparkling Laterra pool awaits in the courtyard of the adjacent 955 building—perfect for a refreshing dip after a day exploring or soaking up the Florida sun.
Traveling with little ones? Baby gear such as a crib, highchair, stroller, baby bath, changing table, and porta crib—as well as beach chairs—are available at no charge with a minimum of 24 business hours’ notice (subject to availability). $25 fee applies for weekend/holiday deliveries.
Please note: While this condo is ground level, it is not ADA compliant. For your peace of mind, we’ve implemented a rigorous, expanded cleaning process between guest stays.
