About this villa rental
This Beautiful newly built villa is in an up and coming area of costa Teguise.
The villa boasts 4 luminous bedrooms each with their very own large screen Tv and 3 with air-conditioning, 3 rooms have gorgeous views to the terrace and pool area with sliding doors so you can walk out to the pool from each bedroom.
The villa has 3 full bathrooms each with a walk in shower,toilet and wash basin.
The large living room /dinning room is all open plan with the kitchen all with access through glass sliding doors to the terrace and pool.
The modern kitchen has all you could want to cook a wonderful meal with brand new appliances, large design living room table for guests to sit at and enjoy meals, confortable sofas and arm chairs alined to the big screen television where you can find all your free view Uk tv channels or watch a film/series through the smart tv.
The large terrace offers views of the mountains to the rear and views of the pretty town of costa teguise to the front, we have a large private pool with a plinth area if you just want a quick refresh from the hot weather or to laze on the sun loungers around the pool.
outside dinning is a must with the large dinning table and
patio furniture by the pool,of course we have private parking inside the grounds of the property with a security gate for privacy. A great location just out of the main town but just a 15/20 minute walk from playa cucharas beach and all local amenities in the town of costa teguise.

We stayed for a week in August, lovely villa, very clean and modern and a beautiful pool. Can’t really fault it! You do need a car as quite a walk to Costa Teguise but overall very tranquil and relaxing. Shani replied very quickly to any messages. Loved it!

Fantastic holiday in lovely Villa. So spacious with fantastic, big, heated pool. 15/20 mins walk to main areas but taxis easy to get. Lovely quiet neighbourhood and communication with Shani, the owner was incredible. Questions and any minor issues dealt with so quickly. Can’t wait to go back.

Excellent. The double beds are large kings. The 4th bedroom (off the lounge without access to pool, so it is good for small children) is very similar to the other twin, and beds can be separated by sliding the bedside shelves to the centre. That twin has no aircon (a fan instead), but it is not needed as it faces north. It also has the 3rd WC-shower-room next to it.
The main WC/shower room is helpfully situated between the double (king) and the twin that is in the photos.
Thanks for the generous seasonal welcome pack, and the pool inflatables superb! The coffee machine added to our pleasure (you can buy the Nescafe Dolce Gusto large pods locally). The 'garage' remote is in the lounge - very useful. We suggest you bring laundry sheets if you want to wash clothes.
The pool (which has a cover) was ideal - a shallow shelf for children or sunbathing, a step with soft jets which are a bit like a spa, and the main area grading from 1.1 to 1.5M deep.
The SPAR shop, about 15 mins walk, is good for a big shop as well as top-ups. The walk up to the house from the town is just a gentle rise - not steep, and free parking everywhere is a bonus.
No real downsides - the place is a bit echoey as there are few soft furnishings, and it would be nice to have a leaflet to assist with working everything - eg the fridge opens on the wall side, but Shani was so very helpful with everything. Thanks!
