Villa Yuca 13

It was in a good location. The Villa was in a quiet area.lt was very spacious, lots of outdoor space. All you need in the kitchen plus a whole lot more. Theres lots of storage around the place where extras can be found such as fleeces, cushions etc. There are canvas shopping bags, books etc. Lots of useful things. Owners were helpful and communicated promptly to any queries. The feel has a real homely feeling and much of the decor and furniture feels like it was the home of someone who travelled a lot. Lots of interesting ornaments etc. Good size pool

The sunloungers need replacing as they are very sunken now. The bedrooms need modernising and didnt like the bars on the window, although I appreciate why they are there. Whilst in a quiet area, I was awoken at 6am every day by someone at the back having their tv/radio on fullblast and sounded like it was outside. The villa really needs air conditioning as it was too warm in the night and we had to leave the bedroom windows open and hence getting woken up by the radio. The view from the bedroom windows is just a white wall a couple of feet away and there is rubble in that space... If the rubble was cleared and the walls decorated as they are throughout the rest of the property it would brighten the view up a bit.

The layout and space both inside and out. It was very private.

It was all very pleasing

The outside space was amazing and very private. We loved all the artwork in the villa. Daniel and Ticky were just lovely, always smiling and happy and kept everything so clean and tidy. We loved the location not far from Playa Bastian.
