Everything, we stayed as a party of 5 adults and 5 kids/teens the last week in September. Could not recommend the villa enough, already looking to book next year. 15 minute walk to a strip with bars/ restaurants and a 5 minute taxi to the main Costa Teguise strip. Taxi rank and bus stop is a 5 minute walk and Lidl is right around the corner. The villa had everything you could need for kids and families
The late check in at 4pm is a little inconvenient but wouldn’t stop us coming back

Excellent villa clean and comfortable
Ideal for children and family groups
Safe and secure
Close to lidl and spar shops.
No air-conditioning ...not always necessary but with temps we experienced would have been nice.
Location is residential...peaceful and quiet but away from the main area of restaurants and bars.
