Great stay in St. Louis! The house was very comfortable and spacious for a family vacation. Easy to get around and close to local attractions and great restaurants. It was very easy to communicate with the hosts - they’re very responsive and attentive to any questions or concerns.

First night in one of the third floor bedrooms, my son and wife went to bed and discovered broken bed frame. I messaged my contact and was asked to send pictures then asked for a time for someone to come by and look at bed. It was an inconvenience to schedule day around someone showing up. The kitchen did not have a frying pan or any cookie sheets. It made making a dinner difficult. The basement floor needed to be swept. Dead bugs all around. Enjoyed the ping pong table but did not enjoy dead bugs. Only one garage door opener, was suppose to be two. We had 2 cars so it was an inconvenience. Asked for a credit to compensate for loss of a bed for 3 nights. I didn’t appreciate negiotaing via email and all communication felt like I was dealing with a robot. My credit was not what I asked for and I felt cheated. The house is located on the fringe of the CWE and out of the way. Every year I rent a place in St Louis to meet up with family. The credit and circumstances left me feeling cheated. I will look for another option next year.
