Welcome to comfortable living in this classic brick 3-story family home fully renovated. Please enter our freshly designed vacation home via the keyless smart lock and be greeted with hardwood floors, soaring ceilings, and generously sized rooms designed and styled with your comfort in mind.



LIVING AREAS

As you enter the home, be greeted by not one but two spacious and inviting living areas adjacent to one another. The sitting room features a generous plush sofa and two leather armchairs by the original (non-working) fireplace. The living area features an oversized sectional surrounding a 55" TLC wall-mounted Smart TV with access to all your favorite streaming apps - the perfect cozy place for a movie night or watch your favorite sports team!



KITCHEN & DINING

Cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the fully equipped eat-in kitchen with all the gadgets, trays, dishes, and utensils you would expect to find in a family home. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a freestanding oven and gas cooktop, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a dishwasher to cover all the cleaning up.



Serve your meals at the beautiful modern rustic dining room table set for ten guests, and a highchair is available for the little ones.



BATHROOM - 1ST FLOOR

Take advantage of the convenient first-floor half bath adjacent to the kitchen and dining room!



BEDROOM & BATHROOM - LOWEL LEVEL

Find seven bedrooms spread throughout all three floors of living space. Bedroom #1 is on the lower level of the house, with two side-by-side comfortable upholstered platform queen beds, nightstands, seating benches, and a wall-mounted flat-screen smart TV. Each bed is topped with soft, premium linen and bedding, and you'll find plenty of storage to unpack and make yourself home.



Just around the corner of the bedroom, a half bath with a single vanity is conveniently located and stocked with fresh, clean towels and toiletries.



BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS - 2ND FLOOR

Head up to the second floor to find Bedroom #2 (King), Bedroom #3 (King), Bedroom #4 (Queen), and Bedroom #5 (Primary Suite w/ King). Each bed is a comfortable upholstered platform bed topped with soft, premium linens and bedding, and you'll find plenty of storage to unpack and make yourself home. In addition, each bedroom is equipped with wall-mounted smart TVs so every guest can watch their favorite TV show in the comfort of their bed. The Primary suite includes a crib and an attached full-size bathroom with a single vanity and a tub/shower combo.



A second full-size bathroom is available on the 2nd-floor hallway with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo stocked with fresh, clean towels and toiletries for a perfect stay!



BEDROOMS & BATHROOM - 3RD FLOOR

This beautiful home offers a fantastic 3rd-floor private and spacious suite with Bedroom #6 and Bedroom #7 and a full-size bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower. Both bedrooms offer comfortable upholstered platform king beds, topped with soft, premium linen and bedding. Each bedroom has nightstands, benches, closet storage for all your belongings, wall-mounted flat-screen smart TVs, and pack-n-play for the little ones traveling along. The space has an open area with a cozy couch, a desk and chair, and plenty of room to gather the family for an evening of board games!



LAUNDRY

The laundry room is located on the lower level of the home. The home offers two sets of washers and dryers, complete with detergent and dryer sheets, to make vacation laundry a breeze.

Step out the back door onto your patio to soak in St. Louis's beautiful weather, or enjoy some outdoor time in the open space. There is generally free parking right in front of the house.

The Central West End is a highly walkable area with art galleries, antique shopping, great nightlife venues, and stunning turn-of-the-century homes, all located on the eastern edge of Forest Park, just a quick 5-minute drive from downtown St. Louis.



Whole Foods, Straub's, and Schnucks supermarkets are close by, as well as all the city's top attractions, making this beautiful home the perfect place to base your group or family while visiting St. Louis.



Getting Around:

The best way to get around is by car, with most highways nearby. You can also use the Metro Link light rail system to access many major attractions.



St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see many Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!

ABODEbucks loves hosting guests of all creeds, races, and nationalities. This said, to protect neighborhoods and properties from parties, reservation inquiries from local guests with few or no reviews will likely be denied.

This home has NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to request that levels be reduced to appropriate levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.



GUEST VERIFICATION

SafelyStay, Inc. verifies the identity of guests and checks criminal databases to confirm reservations.



TRUST & SAFETY

The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 for accidental property damage and bodily injury.



The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $88 fee is collected at the time of payment and may be labeled as a "Trust & Safety Fee" or "Management Fee".

✔ This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.

✔ Primary renter must be 25+ years old

✔ Pets are not permitted on the property

✔ No smoking inside the home

✔ No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation

✔ No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party

✔ Quiet time is 10pm - 8am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.

✔ Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm

✔ Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.

Pros: Big house, plenty of beds, bedrooms, table sitting, towels, garage parking, proximity to the dumpster, heating and air is efficient, 2 washer and dryers, easy to get an uber delivery, proximity to downtown is great.Cons: street parking is over crowded, kitchen has very little counter space, vacant lot next to house is filled with debris and trash, had issues with the water heater, several of the shower options are not very suitable for people over 6 foot tall, 2nd floor bath did not have hot water due to shower valve malfunction, some of the gas stove burners did not light, not the greatest neighborhood but definitely not the worst area to be in.Review: When and if we're ever back in St. Louis I would definitely consider this property.

We absolutely loved our stay in St Louis. It was our first time and the location of this house was perfect to everything that we wanted to visit & see. We were even in walking distance from local restaurants. The house was just as listed on VRBO & super clean.

This place was perfect for 8 college friends in town for a reunion weekend at WashU. It was very clean and updated inside. The bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed. Everything is exactly as pictured and described. The big dining table was perfect for all of us to sit and chat. We will be back!
