Please place all trash in the provided bags and dispose of it in the designated exterior trash bins. If you're staying for several days, we appreciate you taking the trash out periodically to help keep the home clean and fresh.

### Please Note – House Rules

**No smoking** inside the home. Outdoor smoking is permitted only if done responsibly, with cigarette waste properly disposed of and no smoke entering the property. Violations will result in a remediation fee.


**No parties or events.** We understand you may have larger groups visiting the area, but please ask for approval first. This is a residential neighborhood, and we ask that all guests respect our neighbors. Exterior security cameras are installed for safety and to verify occupancy. Unauthorized parties will incur a **$1,000 fee**.

**Please park responsibly** and follow all local parking regulations.

**Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.** Excessive noise or disturbances may result in cancellation of your stay without a refund.

**Please do not move furniture.** Moving furniture may damage floors and walls. Guests are responsible for any repair or replacement costs resulting from damage.
