OUR SPACE:
Step into our beautiful mid-century modern-styled home via the intelligent keyless lock and be greeted with a fresh design fully equipped with modern amenities.
Walk through the spacious living area with two large couches surrounding a wall-mounted TV – the perfect place for a movie night with the family. Both sofas can turn into sleeping spaces for additional guests!
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped to handle a 3-course family dinner with a large oven and cooktop, a full-size fridge with a filtered water dispenser, a built-in microwave, and a dishwasher to take care of the cleaning up. Start your day off with a morning coffee at our breakfast island for two.
Eat together in the beautifully styled dining room with seating for ten guests and a highchair so the little ones in the group can sit with the family.
Take the stairs up to the second floor and into the elegant primary suite with two comfortable queen beds, a smart TV, plenty of closet space, and a large mirror to ensure you look stunning before heading out on the town.
Off the master is the spa-worthy full bath with double vanities and a walk-in shower, and don't miss the luxurious Jacuzzi tub ready for a relaxing soak after a long day.
The lovely second bedroom on the 2nd floor is equipped with a King bed and a Smart TV loaded with all your favorite apps, and a full bathroom just outside the door with a tub and shower!
Make your way up to the home's third floor, where you have another King bedroom with a smart TV, beautifully decorated with plush mattresses designed for your comfort.
The adjacent room on the third floor features two trundle beds for 4 total, a Smart TV, and a new and fun children's playroom equipped with a table, toys, and even a Teepee for the little ones to enjoy!
Between the bedrooms is a generously sized full bathroom with all amenities.
Outside is the large, secured yard with plenty of space to hang out and relax at our patio table for 6 or under the retractable umbrella on our deck. There is also a parking pad with parking for up to two cars.

Beautiful, extremely clean home in an ideal CWE spot. Tons of character, easy parking, and incredibly thoughtful hosts. They made everything smooth and enjoyable and they were so helpful. They also went above and beyond to make us feel welcome (i.e. they were incredibly accommodating and hospitable). Highly, HIGHLY recommend this rental!

We were a group of four adults and one child, visiting family for five days. This place was perfect for us in every way. The home is spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. Many thoughtful touches, including a children's room equipped with some toys and games. The outdoor space was also nice, although it was too hot and we were too busy to use it much. (My grandson enjoyed laying with the toy trucks, though!) It's location on a dead-end street was surprisingly quiet and easily accessible. Parking is available both behind the house and on the street. The location also made it a great base for doing all the things we wanted to do (zoo, city museum, etc). There is an abundance of good dining options close by and a grocery store on the next block. The host replied to messages promptly, provided helpful detailed information, and could not have been easier to work with. Excellent stay. Will definitely look to book this place again on our next visit.
