Beautiful 6BR Fox Park Home // 1st Floor Master Bed and Bath + Private Parking!

We rent a lot for our trips and stay in St. Louis once a year. We always try out new places. This year our stay was wonderful!! It was a beautiful house with enough space for everyone to feel comfortable and still gather together for meals and hanging out. Everyone especially enjoyed how great the beds were. We had an easy time navigating to and from the property and found the reserved two parking spots a perk. The only thing we wish we had for our weekend was a grill in the back to cook for everyone one night. Not a major hang up at all and we loved everything about the house!!

This home was comfortable and cozy. Felt like we were staying in our own home. Plenty of room for us. Definitely would stay again.

Our large family group fit well into this house which had plenty of space and tableware for us all. Vance provided excellent and timely communication and allowed us to check in early. However, several quirks about this property make it unlikely for me to stay here again. The two downstairs bathrooms have sliding barn doors which offer very little privacy next to the living room. There are no bedrooms that have a private en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom downstairs is supposed to use the detached bathroom that doesn’t close properly which didn’t work well for my parents who didn’t want to trek up and down the creaky stairs. The two king bedrooms upstairs share an original sliding door which affords very little privacy or sound and light blocking. Also, the house smelled badly of weed due to the habits of the neighbors while we were there. It’s an old house which affords both charm and a slightly dilapidated feel. For the same amount of money, we’ve had nicer places.

Excellent rental with a pretty good amount of good and coffee within two or three blocks.
