Appartement dans un lotissement des maisons victoriennes, dans un quartier très calme, mais proche de toutes les commodités, parcs, métro, etc. On a trouvé suffisamment café, sucre, thé, papier hygiénique , gel de douche et shampoings.
J'étais surpris que le logement était au sous-sol, mais heureusement qu'il y avait des fenêtres et on avait un peu de lumière naturelle. On a été un peu gêné par les travaux de peinture de l'escalier. On n'avait pas des sac poubelles pour faire le tri sélectif.

Location was very good. Close to Paddington station and bayswater. Kitchen was well equipped and there is a washing machine. Apartment was spacious.
Shower water pressure was low. Bed was a bit soft. It is a basement unit and the stairs down is steep.

The location was amazing. Good attitude on advance questions raised to host. Very good warm apartment which was a big plus to be cosy after a cold day out. We would return despite some difficulties.
Disrepair of some kitchen units and shower. No matching glasses for wine. Bed too small for a double and too low for us. Had to sofa sleep x1 and 1 in Bed. Light pollution is a problem in the bedroom as locked doors to other areas have 24/7 lights on that shine through door jam. Noisy neighbours early start above, may be just a rental too - just bad luck if so. Steep steps down to basement are difficult with luggage, so just be wary.
