You may be inspired to create your very own fairy story when you stay in this gorgeous period property in Kirriemuir. The creator of Peter Pan, J. m. Barrie, was born in the white-washed cottage next door and it’s now a museum dedicated to the famous author and playwright. Downstairs, there’s a bright and spacious lilac-hued lounge plus a fully equipped kitchen in a modern shaker style. You’ll love the Belfast sink and brass tapware plus there’s a handy dining table with seating for four.Upstairs, there’s a nostalgic feel to the two comfortable bedrooms (one double and one twin) with their pretty wallpapers and sumptuous bedding.
