Very friendly staff, nice accomodation with amazing view to the sea. The restaurant below is not noisy, even though there had been guests until late.

For longer stays the kitchen is not very well equipped, this is something that can be improved.

View and Location

The view from the apartment overlooking the sea is fabulous. It’s just a few minutes from the water access and the restaurant below is very good. The staff are very friendly and helpful and do their best to make the stay as comfortable as possible.

We checked in and find out immediately that the apartment was not clean - sheets on the bed had lots of human hair on it, not sure if they were even changed after the last occupation. After inspection from the people who run this, they gave us replacement sheets to be put on the bed. We had to do it ourselves. The WC was not clean! These are big alarm bells.

Overall great accomodation

Very pleasant personnel, beatiful location and view. Good parking slot, tasty icecream, well working aircondition. The whole town is very calm with basically the only one restaurant and a small shop.

Traumaussicht

Ein einfaches Zimmer mit grandioser Aussicht auf Piran, sehr sehr nettes Personal, gutes Restaurant direkt drunter (wir waren um 22:30 die letzten Gäste, daher überhaupt nicht störend) und netter Badestelle (ok, die Delfine waren wohl ein Glücksfall…)

Es gab nur 1/4 Rolle Klopapier….

Solo alojaminto sin desayuno, habitacón muy bien, cama y sofá cama adecuados. La ubicación excelente, playa muy cerca.

Csodálatos panoráma, kiemelkedően kedves fogadtatás - nagyon jó áraon

A szállás Crveni Vrh falucskában van, közvetlenül a tengerparton. A Kanegra kamping/strand csak egy pár perc kocsival, és Umag szabadstrandjai is 10 perc alatt elérhetőek. Horvátországi viszonylatban kiemelkedő szállás a szobából nyíló panoráma, a vendéglátók kedvessége és az ár-érték arány tekintetében. A szálláshely egy éttermet is üzemeltet, ami közvetlenül a szobánk alatt volt. Nyugalom! Semmilyen zaj vagy ételszag nem érzékelhető (pedig az én szaglásomhoz képest egy vadászkutyáé semmi.) Sőt, kifejezetten előnyös, hiszen így a reggeli is helyben megoldható. (A szobákban nincs konya, vagy bármilyen ételkészítései lehetőség.) Az étteremben az ételek nagyon finomak voltak! A szoba nem nagy, de megfelelő méretű, az ágy kényelmes. A szobában mindössze egy hűtőszekrény, egy vízforraló és két kisebb csésze van, de az étteremből kértünk és kaptunk kölcsön borospoharat. :) Köszönjük!

Az ablakra jól jönne egy normális sötétítő függöny, mert bár csodálatos dolog a tengerparton ragyogó napsütésre ébredni, de nem feltétlenül reggel 6-kor. :) Végül a strandtörölközőinkkel ezt is megoldottuk. :D Hasznos lenne még az ablakra egy szúnyogháló, hogy szellőztetni lehessen.

Vistas al mar y comodidad absoluta

La ubicación, con vistas al mar y el acceso al agua,, era maravillosa. El apartamento es amplio y luminoso, con dormitorio, salón y un buen baño, las camas muy cómodas, incluido el sofa cama (de los mejores). Aunque no tiene cocina, sí hay neverita. El restaurante servía comida muy buena, y el personal fue muy agradable, adaptándose para que pudiéramos comer en la terraza con vistas aunque no teníamos reserva. Por la mañana el desayuno también fue estupendo.

Para nosotros fue perfecto estar tan apartados de las ciudades, pero hay que contar con que no tiene supermercados cerca, por ejemplo.

Deniz manzaralı, huzurlu, sakin, merkez şehirlere biraz uzak ama iki ve üzeri konaklamalar için çok ideal bir ev.

Odaların deniz manzaralı olmasına ve üç kişi konaklayanlar için iki ayrı oda sunmasına bayıldık.

Nakit ödeme zorunluluğu var kart ile ödeme yapamıyorsunuz. Bir de denize girilen yer çok hoşumuza gitmedi.

Peu d'équipement (une bouilloire mais pas de café), frigo et ventilation bruyant. Rideaux non opaques. Au dessus de la terrasse du restaurant.

Kaj se dogaja s Hrvaško?

Lokacija ima veliko parkirišče in restavracijo z lepim pogledom na Piranski zaliv.

Relativno drago (kot povsod zadnja leta na Hrvaškem) za ponujeno. Če so cene v skladu z 2025, je veliko stvari na Hrvaškem še vedno v letu 1996. Apartma je čist, sicer pa dotrajan, staromoden in s pomanjkljivo opremo. Dobrodošla bi bila kaka vrečka kave ali čaja. Kopalnica bi lahko doživela osvežitev, nismo prejeli niti ustreznih rjuh za raztegljiv kavč. Možno je samo gotovinsko plačilo nočitve, česar ne piše v opisu, kljub temu, da imajo POS terminal. Navedeno je zgolj, da ni potrebna kreditna kartica. To je precej nerodno, saj je najbližji bankomat v Umagu!
