About this villa rental
Beautiful Perigord house with heated 8x4 swimming pool and jacuzzi for 4 people ideally located 5 minutes from Sarlat, 10 minutes from the Dordogne river and its castles and 20 minutes from the famous Lascaux caves.
The house is fully air-conditioned, it has fiber and it consists of 3 bedrooms.
On the first floor, the first bedroom is a master bedroom with an en-suite walk-in shower and a double bed (160).
Upstairs you will find a bedroom with a double bed (140) and a second bedroom with 2 double beds (140 and 160) and a single bed (90).
Upstairs still a bathroom with shower and bathtub and a toilet.
On the first floor you also have a WC as well as a pantry with storage for food, washing machine and dryer.
The main room (60m2) is composed of a living room with corner sofa and a fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher and American fridge.
Outside you can enjoy the jacuzzi, a terrace with electric awning, a barbecue and a plancha as well as a trampoline for children and a petanque court.
The swimming pool (4x8) is heated and equipped with a balneotherapy area.
It is secured by a roller shutter.
It has a large beach to enjoy the sun on the deckchairs.
To park your vehicles, we have a 40m2 shelter that can park 2 cars as well as a parking lot.
You will meet Messi our cat who will come to visit you and at the same time eat some kibble that will have been left for him beforehand in a corner of the cellar
