This condominium is conveniently located just over one block from the beach, boardwalk, the Wildwood Convention Center, and Fox Park – home to many of Wildwood’s special events. There are many great shops, restaurants, and activities in this part of town. Enjoy many free events both during the week and on weekends all summer long, as well as Fireworks every Friday night during the summer season. This condo is steps from the Boardwalk, ride piers, water parks, restaurants, shopping, and recreational sports.
**No Smoking in Unit.**
Rent this property by the full week, for the best rates and the lowest price per night, but a three or four night 'Short Stay' (checking in any day of the week) is always considered, especially in the FALL/SPRING season, between September and June. Please email with your dates, and any flexibility with those dates, and your occupancy information for a quick and speedy price quote.

Pros - great location that is a super quick walk to the boardwalk and beach, as well as many restaurants. There is a Family Dollar a block away in case you forget to pack anything! The condo was clean and a good size to fit 8 people. I also appreciated being able to bring my small dog.
Cons - When it says non-refundable, what it means is you book it and are locked in, even before seeing and signing the contract from the rental agency. We searched and booked through the VRBO app, which did not list that no bedding, paper products, etc. were included. I do now see this is listed on the website, but it is not on the app. My bad for not investigating further but both my friends and I have rented many places over the years at a variety of locations (including NJ beaches), and never have encountered a place that had no toilet paper, hand soap, trash bags, etc. Normally if bedding is required, it is listed plainly in the description (unlike this place). When I emailed and called to inquire about this as well as the possibility of a late check in time, both responses very short tempered and rude to my nicely asked questions (involved two different employees). When digging deeper we realized that this particular rental agency rents out most of the houses that were within our price range in Wildwood AND that you can rent the places for much cheaper if you go through the rental agency directly rather than VRBO. We won't be booking with this agency again.
