Location, location, location!! One and a half blocks to the beach and boardwalk! Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, entertainment and the convention center. This top floor end unit boasts a private balcony. Parking for 4 vehicles with two garage parking spaces, one driveway spot and additional on street FREE parking right out front! Walk in to this spacious, sun filled and super clean one floor condo unit. The open kitchen, living and dining room optimizes quality time together. Kitchen boasts granite counters. Tastefully decorated with peaceful coastal decor. The unit is well stocked with everything you need for cooking including major kitchen appliances. There is a Keurig with both k-cup and whole pot brewing options. A four slice toaster, electric griddle and plenty of pots, pans and dish-ware. A blender, waffle maker, crockpot, and lobster pot complete your options. Everything you may need for dining in. A washer and dryer in the unit is convenient for those wet suits and towels. Two full bathrooms with shower and tub combos make washing the beach off little ones a breeze. Both bathrooms have blow dryers. There are three clean and comfortable bedrooms. The master has a king size bed with an en suite bathroom. Plenty of closet and dresser space to unpack including plenty of clothes hangers. There is also an iron and an ironing board. The second bedroom has a queen bed, dressers and a closet for storage with ample clothes hangers. The third bedroom sleeps 4 with a bunk bed and two twin beds. There is a large closet and dresser. All bedrooms have fans and plenty of space. Need more beds....there is a queen sleep sofa and a twin size cot if additional sleep space is needed. Televisions are located in the main room, and the king and Queen bedrooms. There is also a pack and play and booster chair available to use. Central air and heat. The condo offers wireless internet and the ability to stream on the televisions. In the garage we have a closet full of beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs and a beach cart for use for our guests. After a night on the boardwalk enjoying the amusement rides, playing carnival games, eating and shopping you can come back and unwind with a game or book from our collection. It is possible to hear the waves late at night while sipping a beverage and star gazing from the balcony. After years of renting other condos we have a good idea of what is needed for a relaxing week and have worked hard to include these things for our guests. Rentals from Memorial weekend through Labor Day weekend are for 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday). Off season rentals are a two night minimum stay. Minimum age to rent is 25 years old and renter must stay on site for the duration of the rental contract. Maximum number of guests is eight. Renters must supply their own sheets and towels. Sorry no smoking in the unit and no pets allowed.

The following sheets are needed:
1 king, 1 queen, 4 twin. In addition the sleeper sofa is a queen and there is a twin cot for use. Pack and play sheets are provided but must be laundered prior to check out.

Contract with additional information will be sent upon booking and must be returned within one week of booking.

Trash and recycling must be put out twice a week according to the posted schedule during the summer. Trash in the off season must be removed by renter as there is not trash removal services provided. Come see why we keep getting five star reviews!!!
