Centrally located, many restaurants and amusement piers within walking distance. Three bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Exceptionally clean and well taken care of. Two assigned garage parking spaces. Private outside shower. Two balconies, one in living room, one in master bedroom. Private entrance. Please provide your own linens and towels.

The pictures and description did not disappoint. The house is beautiful, very clean, super close to the beach and has everything you need for a perfect vacation. Joan was very easy to communicate with. My family had a wonderful vacation.

Perfect place for us within easy walking distance to beach, boardwalk and convention center. The place is spacious, decorated nicely, super clean and has everything you need to make it an enjoyable stay. Will definitely rent here again next year.

Joan is very responsive and kind. The house is very clean and accommodating with lots of space. The location is very nice and quiet. You can walk to a cafe on the corner or a block and a half to the boardwalk. Had a wonderful stay. This place is a gem, don't hesitate!

We rented this property due to how close it was to the Barefoot Music Festival. This beautiful property exceeded our expectations. Most importantly Joan's communication through out are stay was amazing! The home was obviously well cared for!
