About this apartment rental
Welcome to The Salty Seagull! 3 bed/2 bath top floor condo in a great location! Only 2 blocks from the beach & boardwalk! Condo includes a full kitchen with all the essentials + two full baths and super comfy beds! Convenient off street parking with spacious garage. 2 outdoor showers in rear building. Adventure Pier, Morey’s Pier & the Wildwood convention center are all a just short walk away. Family Dollar only 1 block which has all the essentials you may have forgotten.
Feel right at home while away on vacation! Sleeps 8 people comfortably. Bedrooms are all spacious with the first bedroom offering a queen bed and twin bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed (double on bottom and single on top). The master has a queen bed and private full bathroom. All 3 bedrooms have a nice sized closet, high ceilings, and ceiling fans as well as all new mattresses. The washer/ dryer are in the kitchen closet with extra space to store your luggage. Each room also has plenty of extra pillows. We include a pack n’ play for the little ones.
The living room offers a pull out couch and smart TV. The dining area is surrounded by windows for natural light and seats 6 people. Enjoy relaxing and fresh air outside on the balcony. Kitchen includes full sized appliances—refrigerator, oven with gas stove top, microwave, dishwasher, and sink with room for prepping family meals. Kitchen is fully stocked with items listed below.

Each bedroom as well as the living room has a Smart TV which you can stream all your services.
Handicap non accessible. We are located on the 3rd floor with stair access. Parking will never be an issue as we offer 1 spot for off street parking in the driveway (all the way to the right in pics). Behind the one off street parking spot is a standard one car garage that is almost 2 cars deep so there is plenty of storage space for bikes/kayaks/beach gear as the garage is included with the rental. On street parking is free and is first come first serve- no reserved spots.
No beach tags are required, Wildwood is a free beach! Please provide your own towels, linens and toiletries (sheets, pillow cases, toilet paper, paper towels,etc). We do have plenty of pillows stored in the closets. We just ask that you please put them back upon check out.
Feel free to use our beach supplies in the garage (chairs, boogie boards, umbrella and beach wagon). We ask that you please return them when you're done. Should anything become damaged during your stay, please notify us asap. You will be responsible for any damages/ missing items. Stain removal starts at an additional $125 fee up to the cost of replacement of stained item.
We ask to follow our house guidelines:
-No smoking
-No parties/large crowds
-No additional guests at the condo unless approved by the host.
-Quiet hours after 11pm as respect to our neighbors.
NOTE: We do not rent to graduating seniors, individuals or groups under the age of 25. A valid drivers license may be required upon booking.

My family had three wonderful nights at the condo. The condo is conveniently located to the boardwalk and other Wildwood sites, which made early morning and late evening strolls on the boardwalk possible. The condo is also very spacious with room for a family to gather and separate when needed. Having access to the garage was a bonus. It was nice to take the top off my Jeep and park it in the garage to protect it from the weather. I would enjoy returning!

The condo was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities you could need for a beach stay. Walking distance from the boardwalk and convience stores... we didn't have to drive anywhere. It was perfect for our ling weekend at Barefoot Country Music Festival!
