About this house rental
Great location, just steps away from the Boardwalk and Beaches!
- Beautiful three story townhouse style condominium with private entry way (END UNIT!!)
- Sleeps 9 people-3 Bedrooms, all have high vaulted ceilings and 3x Queen memory foam size beds, Pullout couch Full size (in living room) and a single pullout.
- 2.5 bathrooms-two upstairs and half bath downstairs.
- 2 balconies overlooking the boardwalk piers (1 connected to the upstairs bedrooms and 1 connected to downstairs kitchen).
- Patio furniture included for each balcony.
- Fully equipped kitchen with silverware, pots, pans and plates.
- Reserved parking for two vehicles; indoor garage with private entry way.
- Fully enclosed outdoor shower (to wash off sand from a long day at the beach!) =P
- Full-size washer and dryer conveniently located on the second floor.
- High speed Internet access (up to 100 Mbps, no slow internet here!)
- Full Xfinity X1 cable tv; with voice activated remote.
- Within steps of great eateries!
- 60 Inch LED HDTV and DVD player in living room! You will not be able to miss this screen!
- Smart TVs in each of the bedrooms--with ROKU Streaming Channels.

We stayed for a lovely getaway with friends and family. The house was incredibly close to the beach and within a short walk to restaurants. We loved the open space on the main floor and had loads of room!

Our stay at Brad and Paula’s Wildwood, NJ property was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home—thanks to their warm hospitality and the home’s unbeatable location just steps from the beach.Highlights of our stay included:A full-size oven and dishwasher that made meal prep and cleanup a breezeA two-story layout that ensured quiet, restful nightsConvenient in-unit washer and dryerA spacious master bathroom/ bedroom suitePrivate entrance for added privacyEasy beach access, complete with a handy beach wagonIf there’s one thing we might change, it would be to swap in a more comfortable couch—but honestly, that’s a minor quibble. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with Brad and Paula again; they truly went above and beyond to make sure our vacation was seamless and fun!

Brad and Paula's condo was the perfect spot for a quick family weekend at the shore. The condo was clean, in a convenient location, and had plenty of space for our group. Check in was very easy and the off street parking was a bonus. Great spot!

We were here for a cheer competition and this property was perfect! Walking distance to the beach, convention center and a bunch of restaurants. Property was as presented. It was easy to communicate with the owners and they were quick to get back to me with any questions I had. The home had everything that we needed. It was accessible, clean and quiet.
