Beautiful, well maintained, beach block condo with all amenities and an ocean view from balcony and living room. Looks over Fox Park, Boardwalk, and Convention Center. This is a top floor end unit so there is a view from every room including of the famous Ferris wheel and roller coaster.
Enjoy concerts in the park from the privacy of your own deck!
Fully furnished with full sized washer and dryer.
Master bedroom has a king sized bed and master bath with shower/tub and a double sink.
Second bedroom has a queen sized bed.
Third bedroom has one twin bed and a twin over full bunk.
Living room is large with cathedral ceilings and an ocean view.
Smart TV in living room and bedrooms. High speed internet throughout.
There is an outside open shower and a garage with parking for 2 cars.
Families and adult groups over 27 are welcome!
There is a pet fee of 200 per week per pet. Vrbo will only charge for one pet. If you have more than one I will have to add the extra fee.
This property is under surveillance with exterior security cameras for your protection and ours.

We had a wonderful stay! The location of this property is fantastic. Close to the beach, close to the boards, great dining and lots of people watching! The home itself was very, very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked. If you think you need to pack it. Ask, because it’s probably all ready there. The owner was very helpful and kind and I can tell you, we will be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The proximity to the boardwalk, beach, restaurants, minature golf and basketball/tennis/pickle ball courts were amazing. It couldn’t be any closer! Also, the park across the street from the condo hosts bands throughout the summer. You can enjoy the concert from the comfort of your balcony as well as watch the drone show afterwards.
The owners take great pride in their condo and want their guests to have the best experience. We had some difficulty with the air conditioning not working during the first part of our stay. The owners had a technician in immediately to remedy the situation. They also compensated our troubles with having to deal with a faulty ac unit with a dinner on them. You can’t ask for a better rental unit with such caring owners.

Beautiful house stocked with everything you could need. Beds and furniture modern and comfortable. Location is central to all the good restaurants. Only one small hiccup. We noticed as soon as we walked in that the unit had not been cleaned. I contacted the owner right away and she contacted the cleaning service who informed her that the cleaners had a real problem elsewhere and had not made it to our unit.. Rather than wait for someone to come and clean we chose to do it ourselves. Unfortunate but understandable. Things happen. The owner refunded our cleaning fee and the cleaning service gave us a restaurant gift certificate for our trouble. Not exactly the way you want to start off your vacation but a fair trade off. After that we had a great week. Loved the house and the location.If I could change anything at all it would be the check-in / check-out times. 3:00 is too late in the afternoon to get in and you really have to rush to get everything packed and the house cleaned up to be totally out by 10:00 in the morning. Thanks for a great week. We will see you again next year.
