Die sehr gute Lage zum Ort und Strand und der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür! Das Appartement gut geschnitten mit ebensolcher Einrichtung. Der kleine Garten ideal auch mit Hund. Bäcker und Gaststätten um die Ecke.
Leider ist die Verbindung zum Vermieter über Mail nicht sehr einfach, die Beschreibung zum Auffinden des Schlüsselkasten erfordert Phantasie. Leider sind sowohl das Bett und das Sofa im schlechten Zustand (zerkratzt). Auch Bad und Waschmaschine benötigen Reparaturen. Leider keine Infos zum Betrieb des Fernseher!Dies trübt das Ferienerlebnis in diesem eigentlich sehr schönen Appartement.

Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt in der Wohnung ganz in Ordnung. Die Lage ist wirklich gut – in der Nähe vom Strand, von Restaurants und schönen Plätzen zum Entspannen.
Aber wie so oft, gibt es auch hier einige Dinge, die das Urlaubserlebnis etwas getrübt haben. Auf booking.com steht, dass es sich um eine der neuesten Wohnungen in Poreč handelt. Das Gebäude selbst ist tatsächlich neu, aber die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist leider alt. Das Sofa ist abgenutzt, die Kissen waren sehr unbequem – ich musste mir sogar ein neues Kissen kaufen, weil es sonst unmöglich war, gut zu schlafen.

Vše bylo pěkné. Blízkost města a moře. Dobré parkování.
Moc měkké postele. Hlavní cesta v blízkosti. Brzy ráno hluk z cesty.
