Loved the place!!! Recommending for everyone!

Everything,the host was exceptionally nice and helpful. We had all the facilities we needed,coffee maker, fridge etc. Bed was very comfortable, we came with dogs,they loved the garden and the apartment as well :) Thank you for everything,if we come to Porec we definitely come back!

Superb

Nice area. Appartman is as we booked, clean, nice for a holiday. Beach is around 20 min by walk.

City center is a bit further by walk, but at least you can walk on the sea side :-)

It was a good and we loved Mr. Mile and Mrs. Vanda :)

Mr. Mile and Mrs. Vanda, the house keepers, were very kind and always making sure we had what we needed. The location is very good, quiet and calm and still relatively close to the centre and the beach areas of Porec. Big bedroom, and very pleasant terrace. Overall, the experience was good!

Poor communication before our arrival with the actual owner of the house not answering our questions (not the house keepers, Mr. and Mrs. Mile, which live next door and are very kind and available for everything). Booking messenger is not active for this reservation, which caused a problem of communication with the owner. The bed mattress needs to be changed, it was vey uncomfortable.

Exceptional

Great terrace. Behind it was Parenzana trail. An old railway track that was turned into a bike or walking trail. Really great if u have a dog as well as we did. In the morning bird's chirping wakes u up. For us was enjoyable and peaceful. Beach is not too far away. The owners have bikes so u can get there pretty quick. All the staff were friendly and forward.

Attenzione alla pulizia

La posizione è abbastanza centrale, dista 2 km dal centro e 1,5km dalla spiaggia più vicina; Parenzo è comunque una città ben servita dai taxi

La stanza non era per niente pulita, a terra abbiamo trovato ragni e scarafaggi morti, c’era molta polvere sul pavimento e nella stanza in generale. La cosa più spiacevole è che nella stanza c’era un fortissimo odore di fumo, al limite della sopportazione per un non fumatore. In ultimo non c’era acqua calda.
