This Tuscan farmhouse with swimming pool, air conditioning and Wi-Fi has been carefully restored, paying particular attention to preserving its traditional features, and can accommodate up to 22 people.
The villa, located in an area of absolute tranquillity and silence, ideal for a relaxing holiday, has a large garden with a covered porch and barbecue, ideal for al fresco dining, as well as a children's playground and table tennis table.
The jewel of the garden is the infinity pool (fenced, 12x6 m, up to 150 cm deep, heated on request, open from May to September).
Situated in a very quiet area, the 500 m² villa is divided into two independent flats, one for 8 guests and the other for 14. There are 10 bedrooms with private bathrooms and a tower with two single beds.
Both flats extend over two floors.
