Spacious villa 1 km from the village of Pomaia, a medieval hamlet in the hills of the Etruscan Coast.
The villa can accommodate up to 24 people and, thanks to its dominant position, enjoys a breathtaking view over the countryside to the sea, 12 km away.
It is surrounded by a 7000 sqm park with private swimming pool (12x8 m, 150 cm deep, open from May to September), private tennis court, barbecue area and several relaxation areas.
The villa, measuring 480 square metres, is arranged on 3 floors, each measuring 160 square metres.
Ground floor: large entrance hall, 2 small living rooms, a large dining room, kitchen (fridge with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, moka, kettle), 1 twin bedroom and two bathrooms with shower.
First floor: large hallway. 4 double bedrooms (2 with an additional single bed), 2 bathrooms with shower and 1 large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.
