Breakfast was not supplied, we cooked our own, was not a problem.

Probably the downside was the twin room, only a chest of draws and no wood robes, saying that we were only there for the weekend.

Location was perfect for a North Wales trip, just minutes walk from everything in Betws y coed and only half hour drive from Snowdon. Easy access, plenty of parking for 3 cars. Spacious and warm with the bonus of the fireplace. Hot tub was nice and big, outdoor lighting was lovely!

Definitely a mould problem throughout the house. We were warned that there was mould by the fireplace but unfortunately there was quite a lot in the bedrooms and bathroom. The information in the pack was also slightly out of date as things weren't where they were stated such as the first aid kit and there was no washing machine tablets. Also 4 rolls of toilet roll is not an appropriate amount for 4 people for 4 days.

etwas teuer. Für den Preis hätten ruhig mehr Abwasch - Taps und Waschmittel zur verfügung stehen dürfen. sonst aber alles perfekt.

The property was perfect. Clean, well maintained and was well equipped with everything you need for a weeks holiday. Firewood was provided for the log burner which was great as it was cold during our visit. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the bars and shops in the village. The hot tub was a welcome perk after a day out walking. Would definitely return, hopefully for a longer stay next time. Thoroughly recommend it.

The only suggestion I would have for improvement would be a cover over the hot tub for when it rains.
