The location is brilliant, it's an easy walk into the village and there's some lovely walks along the river right outside the front door. The house is lovely and clean, plenty of space for a group of 7 and a dog. The hosts were very generous and left us some local produce to enjoy, and sent messages to let us know that they weren't far away if we needed anything. We only had a few days in Betws-y-Coed so limited time to eat out and enjoy the surroundings but the hosts were on hand to offer advice and share knowledge if needed.
My eyesight is not the best so I struggled with the lighting in the kitchen and dining area, would have been great to have a few more lamps to enhance the kitchen light to help with cooking and around the dining table so we could see what we were eating. The ensuite bathrooms are really small, hard for a full size adult to fit in the showers but if you're happy to share the main bathroom, it's lovely, plenty of space, shower is excellent and there is a big bath tub.

We were a party of 11 and found we needed more seating in the living room and dining room. Also only had eight forks ?
