Summary:
Amazing 3 bedroom 1.5 bath home in Bay Park. Beautiful views of Mission Bay and the Pacific from the deck. Centrally located; literally 15 minutes to just about every place in San Diego worth visiting. 10 minutes to Ocean Beach, Mission Beach, Pacific Beach or La Jolla.
The Space:
This home was recently updated with new appliances, new flooring, and new countertops. The living room is large and opens to the spacious back yard. Plenty of living room seating with a large Love Sac sofa. The kitchen is fully stocked and has all that you need to entertain and cook in. We have king-sized beds in each and every bedroom. We added mini-split heat/AC units to each room of the house as well. Outside there is a second story deck with fantastic views of Mission Bay and the beaches. Morning coffee and sunset drinks have never been better!
Guest Access:
This is a single-family residence. However, we live just across the street should you need anything at all.
The Neighborhood:
Bay Park is a very quiet area to vacation in San Diego. It is perfectly centrally located and just about any and all tourist attractions can be reached in 15 minutes or less by car.
Getting Around:
A car is pretty much a standard requirement when visiting San Diego; however, if you wish to forgo renting a car this home is located a 5 minute walk from the recently added Bay Park Trolley station that covers much of San Diego.
Other Things to Note:
If you wish to bring a dog, please note that there will be an additional $100 pet fee that is due at check in or that can be added to the reservation. We do not host any other types of pets.
Beach Equipment: despite the inclusion of snorkeling gear, we do not offer it at our rentals

The location was very central and easy to get to beaches, La Jolla, the zoo, Petco Park, Seaport Village, the USS Midway Museum, and of course Mission Bay! We could see Seaworld’s nightly fireworks and the sunsets from the backyard.

Firstly, Aaron was very helpful throughout this whole experience from start to finish! He stayed in communication with me when we had plans change and helped make our stay very easy! We showed up and had no issues with getting in or the directions.
The home was very clean. King size beds were great and very comfortable with nice sheets and blankets. The only comment was there is a smell possibly from pets in the living room. Possibly a good upholstery and carpet cleaning? Other than that it was perfect! It’s also very centrally located to things we were doing.

Beds are comfortable. Location is good. Close to downtown, airport, SeaWorld, beaches, freeways, restaurants etc.
