The fully equipped kitchen, central AC and heating, and in-home washer/dryer ensure a comfortable stay, while added amenities include high-speed WiFi, streaming (with guest logins), beach gear, and a garage gym setup. Parking is available for up to two cars in the driveway with additional street parking on a first-come basis.

Perfect place for a family with children of all ages. We enjoyed having access to a kitchen stocked with dishes including sippy cups for toddlers. The bunk bed was wonderful. Extra supplies were in the garage for a day at the beach. Our host was very helpful about a minor issue with the a/c which was resolved very quickly. We hope to go back and recommend this location for all ages.

My daughter, 17-year-old special needs grandson, and I had a very comfortable stay at Canyon Palms while visiting her older son, a freshman at USD. The house had all the amenities we needed, including a full kitchen where the college guy prepared a delicious birthday dinner for his mom. Families with small children will appreciate the baby equipment and toys available. The house is close to the USD campus, shopping, beaches, and stores.

Disappointed fridge water was off and had difficulty finding things like sheets for the sofa bed and garage door opener. The baby items were in the garage which was found by accident. Best part is the location right off the 5 and great amenities for going to the beach
