We appreciated the wood stove and good supply of wood. It might be overly optimistic to say it’s in walking distance of the Flume but all the attractions of Franconia Notch were easily accessible.

Scott's place is great. Fantastic location away from busy area but close enough for choice of cafes and restaurants. Great as a base for exploring. Scott was very good on communications, everything was spot on, especially the rocking chairs! Would happily recommend.

Stayed overnight to see Ice Castles. Condo was comfortable and perfect for our overnight stay. The fact that it was snowing made it even better. After our venture we returned to our lodging and had hot cocoa and played games. Scott was gracefully accommodating when we had to reschedule from our original booking due to a snowstorm.
