the room was great especially having a small kitchen to use would definitely book a room with 2 double beds as it seemed the room felt bigger especially with the kitchen

My 7 year old and I shared the space with my brother and his 3 and 6 year old. It was perfect! Super clean, everything you could need! The pool was great for all ages! Warm and clean! There are a lot of spaces to be outside.
I met the owner and she was super great and down to earth! Very affordable!

Riverbank Motel is group of small cozy houses with well equipped kitchen. Location is close to Kancamagus highway. Will come back here.
